This is an educational resource for protected activity under the NLRA SEC.

We are Journeyman Wireman that know the working rights of which you and your employer are subject.  We are passing on educational knowledge and support every working persons rights. We are not attorneys at law. Brotherhood rights can not financially support a member in filing a grievance,  charges against anyone, or any other legal avenue.  However we will do our due diligence to help anyone proceed with a valid complaint.

                           We may be able to help you file:

  • A Grievance

  • EEOC complaint

  • Appeal to the NLRB/NLRA

  • Contact OSHA/MSHA

  • Help protect your rights under The Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA).

Our team has been working behind the scenes to help brothers and sisters since our inception. Now that our website is live, our help can reach even further. We do respectfully ask for patience as our response may not be immediate, but we will do our best to get back to you within two weeks. Remember, we have jobs as well and what we do here at Brotherhood Rights is pro-bono, that’s correct no paychecks. That’s why we rely heavily on merchandise sales and donations. By all means we are here to help and that’s the bottom line.
