$$$ This is how we can keep track of lost wages $$$

The following files are NOT apps, therefore are Not very mobile friendly. For best results use a laptop or home computer. Hopefully in the future we can find another wireman/woman who can build apps and help the cause!

Please read the testimonial on this page. This Brother not only built these programs for his records, but he shared them with you! His only request was that people who download the file(s) would make a donation to Brotherhood Rights. We respectably ask that you honor his wishes, we meaning all of us cannot be a success with  your help.

The spreadsheets do the math for you.

YOUR PAY STUBS SHOW THE CORRECT HOURS BUT THEY MUST BE TOTALED UP AND THE EXACT RATES KNOWN FOR THE BENEFITS.

If you just use ERTS you are using their numbers and you will not know the actual numbers.

ERTS should not be trusted to reciprocate all your money, it is the people using ERTS that keep some of our money.

They can make “mistakes”, in their favor of course.

Always keep your pay stubs.

These spreadsheets are to keep track of the hours you are paid on each pay stub for a job.

You enter the hours paid, the scale, and the benefits rates for each of those scales, and the spreadsheet totals all the amounts you are owed.

When you get your statements, or check ERTS, you can compare them to your totals. We need documentation and proof of how many hours you worked and how much you were supposed to be paid. With the spreadsheet you enter a couple of numbers every week and you have a constant running total for each job.

When you get a new job, start a new sheet for the job. These have been laid out so they can be punched and put in a 3 ring binder.

Testimonial from the Retired Brother who built these programs:

“I am retired now but when I was working 4 out of 5 jobs, they had made “mistakes” on my benefits. When I would call them up they would say that they used the numbers they had in their computers. I would point out to them that I had pay stubs that added up to different numbers. Usually the benefits office would say they only knew what the contractor had sent them. The contractors pay keeper would say that is what their computer said. I would ask them if I should call the IRS and ask them to look into why my payments were different than my pay stubs.

They would say NO and my payments were usually updated within days. I never knew anybody who took all their pay stubs for a job and totaled them up by hand.

I did not have to start this spreadsheet from scratch, I started keeping my daily work records on a computer in 1994. I went to a nuke and they wanted 5 years work history with names, addresses, phone numbers, and exact dates. Then I kept keeping track of my jobs and used them at the unemployment office.Through the years I added fields as needed. My work record has 287 records, counting jobs, unemployment, vacations, and job searches.”
